TERMS OF SERVICE
Personal Use
⊹ You are purchasing a digital file or printed art. The option is on the request form.
⊹ I can decline any commission.
⊹ You can not claim it as your own art, please give credit.
⊹ I still own the artwork, which means I might post it on social media or in my portfolio. Proper credit to you will be included.
⊹ You will receive your commission in high resolution with a small watermark.
⊹ The commission is only for PERSONAL USE unless we have agreed to a commercial use license. [Read more about commercial use in the commercial use section below]. You are free to print, as long as it is only for yourself and not for sale.
Revisions
⊹ There are a maximum of 2 included corrections or revisions, per illustration.
⊹ Further revisions will be billed at £15- £50+ per revision depending on complexity.
⊹ I will provide two 30-minute Zoom call sessions as part of the project fee if needed, to go over the revisions. Additional Zoom call consultations will be billed at £25 per hour.
Deliverables
⊹ 1st Stage: Roughs will be sent. Evaluation and any potential revisions are expected at this stage.
⊹ 2nd stage: Final artwork will be completed and sent by the final deadline date.
⊹*Please note, that all files will be sent in low resolution with large watermarks until the commission/project is fully completed and fees are paid.
⊹ The final artwork file will be delivered as:
⊹ PSD high-res file
⊹ No layers
⊹ With a transparent background
⊹ No watermarks for commercial works
Payments
⊹ I will let you know if the commission has been accepted and you will either be placed on the waitlist or sent a commission request form.
⊹ Once you complete the form and sign the terms, an invoice will be sent. If you do not pay within 7 days of the invoice being sent out, your commission will be cancelled and commission space given to the next person on the list. Please check your emails and let me know of any issues.
⊹ Payment is due upfront for Personal commissions and needs to be paid before I start on your commission and payment is due at the start of each stage, for commercial use.
⊹ *Please note - Work will only be started once payment has been received.
⊹ Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal and Bank transfer.
⊹ Payment methods not accepted: Cheque or Venmo.
⊹ Should the client choose to discontinue work, “only completed illustrations, and or hours worked,” will be pro-rated and billed.
⊹ You will receive a full refund if I have to cancel before the work has started. There are NO refunds on completed artwork.
⊹ If you want your piece to have priority or there is a tight turnaround, you can pay a rush fee.
Commercial Use
⊹ If you wish to use the commission as a commercial piece, please email me to discuss fees, terms and licencing.
⊹ Be sure to add credit in the media you are using the commission in. For example, YouTube videos, streams or personal sites.
⊹ A deposit of 50% of the project fee is due within 7 days of signing the contract/terms & conditions.
⊹ Final 50% due upon completion of the project.
⊹Once payment has cleared, deliverables will be sent in high resolution without watermarks [for commercial works].
⊹*Please note, that the deposit is non-refundable once the contract has been signed and work commenced.
⊹ A 10% Late fee will be enforced for any and all unpaid or late payments.

⊹ If you want other changes to your finished commission, you will need to pay a fee. This fee depends on what you would like changed.
⊹ I will not redraw the entire piece unless you commission it as new artwork, so please make sure you are happy with the sketch and WIPs you receive.

⊹ Commissions can take up to 2 months to complete.
⊹ I will inform you about the general time frame when I accept your commission, based on my current workload. Timelines might change, but I will keep you updated if the commission is delayed.
Waitlist Process
I will review your order and let you know if I can accept the commission and have added you to my waitlist.
I will notify you once a commission slot is available. I will draw your commission in my own art syle, to make sure I’m the right artist for the commission you have in mind, here are some things I will not draw:

Personal Commission Process
Waitlist - If you're interested in a commission, fill out the form below to join the waitlist. As I normally work on 4 to 6 commissions a month, a waitlist helps keep track of incoming illustration commissions. If you need your commission for a special occasion or quickly, please tick the rush job space on the form to let me know. *Please note a rush job is not guaranteed as this is subject to my workload and schedule.
Commission Request - Once a space opens up, I will send a commission request form and Terms and Conditions document. Please complete them and email them back. The request form will ask for references and details of your commission. This will serve as the illustration brief.
Payment - Once I receive these forms back, I will send you a link to make your payment. *Please note, The price of the commission depends on the illustration size, details and the number of characters.
First sketches - Once the payment has been received and I have the references and details, it's time to start working on the sketch for your Illustration. It can take about one or two weeks depending on the complexity of the commission. Then, I will send you the sketch to get some feedback before starting painting.
1st round of revisions - If the sketch is approved and no revisions are required, I will start painting the commission. If there are revisions I will complete this and get back to you with the second sketch. This can take 1-2 weeks.
Sketch approved or 2nd round of revisions - Basically the last round of revisions if needed, If not I will move on to the painting. *Please note once the final sketch is approved, no further revisions/changes will be accepted.
Complete illustration - Once final sketches have been approved, It's time to start the painting process. This is the longest part of the project and can take about 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the difficulty and complexity of your commission. *Please note - any further revisions will incur an additional payment as stated in the contract
Receive commission - And we’re done! Your illustration is complete. I will email a high resolution file of your completed illustration. If this is a physical commissioned piece I will send out the print within 2-5 business days.
